Laboratory Services at MRHC

Providing Diagnostic Information in Corinth, MS

Most patients that come to our hospital will have laboratory tests performed either as an inpatient or an outpatient. The laboratory Services Department at Magnolia Regional Health Center provides our patients with the very best care in areas of anatomical pathology and clinical laboratory medicine.

Laboratory evaluation of specimens is necessary to enable physicians caring for patients to accurately diagnose patient conditions and to monitor their progress while under therapy. We provide crucial diagnostic information to support decisions that health care givers make to improve your health.

We are committed to making sure that YOUR health care provider has the data they need to make the very best decisions for your health!

Our services range from routine blood tests – such as total cholesterol, Strep testing, and complete blood counts—to complex gene-based and molecular testing.

We perform medical testing to aid in the diagnosing or detection of diseases, measure the progress or recovery from a disease, or confirm that an individual is free from disease. We offer specialized testing in cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and infectious disease.

A full range of testing is available, either in hospital’s Hematology, Blood Bank Transfusion Services, Chemistry, Microbiology, Immunology, and Pathology departments or at our approved reference laboratory.
