The Cancer Center at Magnolia to Hold Public Open House and Silent Art Auction
The Cancer Center at Magnolia announced plans today to hold a public Open House on Thursday, February 29, 2009, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the center, located at 2001 State Drive in Corinth, Mississippi.
The newest addition to our community, The Cancer Center at Magnolia is a 17,000 square-foot signature facility in which physicians, hospital staff and supportive care professionals can collaborate and focus on patient care and satisfaction. The Cancer Center will offer state-of-the-art radiation therapy technology, including IMRT and IGRT; integrated medical oncology and chemotherapy services; clinical research offices; and supportive care services and resources for patients and families. Medical oncology services will be provided by The West Clinic and radiation oncology services will be provided by Radiation Oncology of North Mississippi.

The Cancer Center at Magnolia offers our community the latest advances and information in prevention, screenings and education and allows Magnolia Regional Health Center to promote health and recovery and deliver quality care that is in line with the finest cancer centers in America.

In conjunction with the Open House will be a Silent Art Auction benefiting the Magnolia Regional Health Center Foundation. The auction will feature art from Shana Gammon of Virginia, as well as paintings, drawings, sculptures and pottery from local and regional artists.
