This department encompasses Customer Relations, promotes Customer Service, Patient Advocacy and Customer Satisfaction for the facility. This service includes but is not limited to the following.

Customer Service
Our facility offers a friendly environment that promotes:

Patient Advocate
The Patient Advocate is available to assist patients in:

Customer Satisfaction
Patients may receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey after their visit. This data is beneficial to the hospital and will be utilized for Process Improvement. We encourage our patients to fill these out upon receiving, so we can serve them better. (Add “One patient at a time”)
