MRHC Sports Medicine Offering Athletic Physicals
Thursday, April 30, 2009 from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the CROSSROADS ARENA
Magnolia Regional Health Center will be providing athletic physicals on Thursday, April 30th from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at the Crossroads Arena. Participating area schools include Alcorn Central, Biggersville, Corinth, Kossuth, and Tishomingo County. Times are assigned for each school, and we urge you to adhere to your school’s time slot.
TIME SLOTS FOR EACH SCHOOL:
5:00 p.m. Tishomingo County
5:30 p.m. Alcorn Central
6:00 p.m. Biggersville
7:00 p.m. Corinth
7:30 p.m. Kossuth
The comprehensive physical exam will include: Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Vision, Eyes, Ears, Nose, Throat, Heart & Lung Screening, Orthopedic Check, and Cardiovascular Evaluation if necessary.
Athletes must have a signed waiver from parent/guardian to get an athletic physical. Waivers are provided to schools prior to athletic physical date. ATHLETIC PHYSICALS CANNOT BE PERFORMED WITHOUT SIGNED WAIVER, NO EXCEPTIONS.
