Position Title: Clinical Case Manager

Department:Case Management
Position Description:  
Requirements:  Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or healthcare related field.  Master's preferred. Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid required.  Understanding of hospital operations required.  Excellent interpersonal and communications skills required.  Must be able to asses design and implement processes to effectively manage patients length of stay and outcomes.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Licensure: RN, B.S. preferred, Graduate of an approved School of Nursing and currently hold a valid license in the State of Mississippi
    Experience:Experience: Experience in an acute care hospital setting with at least 2 years Medical/Surgical experience, with direct experience in Utilization and Case Management ~ One to two years hospital Case Management or related experience.
