Position Title: Director of Management Accounting

Department:Finance
Position Description: This position reports directly to the Sr. VP of Finance and will be primarily responsible for insuring the accuracy and timely preparation and distribution of all internal and external financial reporting documents. Added responsibilities include the preparation of the annual operating, capital and cash flow budgets, rate setting process, feasibility studies and financial analyses. This position must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization including the board and the medical staff.

    Qualifications:
    Education:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution. Masters Degree or commitment to obtain within first 4 year's of employment required.
    Experience:Minimum of 5 year's progressive financial/accounting managerial experience in an acute care environment. Recent CFO experience in a smaller facility highly preferred.
    Special Skills:Familiar with all aspects of the general ledger. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess strong interpersonal, quantitative, analytical and computer skills. Must maintain confidential information concerning person, financial or medical matters.
