Position Title: New RN Graduate 2012

Department:Nursing
Position Description: Provides direct and indirect patient care. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient clinical condition including assessment, planning and implementation of patient care. Is able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Is able to perform general nursing duties in all nursing departments with adequate training and supervision. Participates in departmental PI improvement projects.
