    Qualifications:
    Experience:Minimum of 3 years experience, with one year in a supervisory capacity.
    Special Skills:Must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide direct supervision and leadership for nursing and non-nursing employees.
    Physical Requirements:Able to sit, stand; talk hear alarms; use hands and fingers to feel and touch; push; pull; crawl; crouch or crawl; stoop; kneel; reach with hands and arms, taste or smell. This job has vision requirements, close; distance and color. Must be able to identify and distinguish colors, have peripheral vision and the ability to judge depth perception.
    License Required:Must have current license from Mississippi State Board of Nursing or have a multi-state license.
