Position Title: Service Excellence Ambassador

Department:
Position Description: High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Excellent customer service skills a must. Experience in hospital or medical setting preferred. Principal responsibility is to provide patients, visitors or guests with assistance relating to their stay at MRHC. Also, analyze customer service data.
