Crossroads Center for Emotional Care Crossroads Mental Health Services is a 19 bed general adult psychiatric unit is located on the 5th floor of MRHC. Patient confidentiality is stressed and carefully protected by the crossroads staff. All visitors must be identified before entering the unit. Admissions and referrals to Crossroads are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Confidential consultations are available at no charge by calling 662-293-4280 or 1-800-366-1245. Inpatient Program The inpatient program offers a modern, comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach for the treatment of adults with emotional problems. Following discharge, a weekly aftercare group is provided by the hospital. Crossroads provides a 24-hour psychiatric emergency hotline at 1-800-366-1245.
