Customer Service
Our facility offers a friendly environment that promotes:

Customer Satisfaction
Patients may receive a Customer Satisfaction Survey after their visit. This data is beneficial to the hospital and will be utilized for Process Improvement. We encourage our patients to fill these out upon receiving, so we can serve them better. (Add “One patient at a time”)
