MyHealth Patient Portal

MyHealth, provided by Magnolia Regional Health Center, is a secure private web portal that allows you to access your health records online. Updating your personal information, checking your visit history, and viewing your scheduled appointments is all available in one place any time of the day and night.

MyHealth Allows You To:

Review your health records including your health summary, visit history, results, allergies & conditions, reports, letters, and preventative care
Download, send, or print your health summary for your records or to share with another provider
Be reminded of your appointment date, time, and the provider you are seeing
View billing statements
Send and receive secure messages with your provider
Refill prescriptions
Update your contact information

You can also use MyHealth to gain access to the health records for your dependents, your spouse, family members or anyone else.

For Magnolia Regional Health Center’s MyHealth Patient Portal users, your health information may also be accessed through an application such as those used on a smartphone. Depending on the chosen application, you may be able to access information such as your medications, allergies, or lab results. If you are interested in using an application, please contact our helpline at 662-293-1007. Our staff is available to help between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Self-Enrolling in our Patient Portal

1) Provide your email address to the registration clerk during the registration process at one of these locations:

Inpatient registration
Outpatient registration
One of our MRHC Clinics

2) Go to myhealth.mrhc.org or visit our website at www.mrhc.org and choose the MyHealth link.

Click the “self-enrollment” button and enter the following information:

Last name (must match registration name)
First name (must match registration name)
Date of birth
Last 4 digits of your social security number
E-mail address that is on file with MRHC

3) You will receive an email from MRHC with a link to MyHealth, which will allow you to create your login.

Please note the subject line of the email is “one-time password”. This is not your actual password, but it is a link to create your new login ID and password. Please be sure to write down your established user name and password for future MyHealth logins.

Complete the following:

Create a new login ID
Create a new password
Choose and answer a security question

To Enroll at the MRHC Medical Records Department:

The MRHC Medical Records Department is located within our facility near Entrance E.

Requirements for enrollment:

Photo ID
Must be 18 years of age or parent of individuals less than 18 years of age
Proof of Power of Attorney, if applicable
Provide full legal name, address, signature, and date of birth or social security number
E-mail address that is on file with MRHC

How Do I Gain Access to The Records of Others?

To gain access to the health records of others, you will need to visit our Medical Records office, located within our facility near Entrance E.
