he Magnolia Regional Health Center Nurse Residency Program is based on the Vizient/AACN model and curriculum. This program is designed to help facilitate the graduate nurses transition from academia to practice through professional development workshops, coaching, and mentoring. Through these evidence-based standards, we are providing our graduate nurses with a strong, professional nursing foundation.
