Our goal is to save you valuable time during your visit, so by completing the form prior to your visit, you can help us help you.
Our primary focus is to make the registration process as pleasant and convenient as possible for our patients. In addition to our extensive range of outpatient services, our hospital also provides our community with high-quality inpatient care.
The HIM Department is the main source for your medical records and protected health information. Specific forms are necessary for any release of information as required by MRHC policy and federal HIPPA regulations.
We are honored that your loved one has chosen MRHC as his or her healthcare provider. Our goal is to provide very good care to our patients and guests. During your visit to MRHC, please remember that creating a healing environment for your loved one is our priority. Because we care about our patients and guests, we are providing you with the following information and guidelines.
Everyone at Magnolia Regional Health Center (MRHC) is committed to keeping our patients, visitors, and staff safe at all times. Therefore, visitation is restricted for all patients, with further clarification for specific facilities and units to protect our patients, visitors, and staff.
By limiting the number of visitors and controlling the number of visits in and out of our facility, we are better able to provide a safe environment for all of our patients, visitors, and healthcare team members. Masks are still required while inside the hospital, and must be worn at all times.
