MyHealth, provided by Magnolia Regional Health Center, is a secure private web portal that allows you to access your health records online.

Admissions & Pre-Registration

Our primary focus is to make the registration process as pleasant and convenient as possible for our patients. In addition to our extensive range of outpatient services, our hospital also provides our community with high-quality inpatient care.

Joint Commission Notice

Patients can contact The Joint Commission with safety concerns. Reports of patient safety events to The Joint Commission must include the healthcare organization’s name, street address, city, and state.

Medical Records

The HIM Department is the main source for your medical records and protected health information. Specific forms are necessary for any release of information as required by MRHC policy and federal HIPPA regulations.

Financial Services

MRHC treats people who lack health insurance or can’t afford to pay for quality health care unless they receive financial assistance. We also provide necessary health care at no charge or at a reduced charge to those who meet certain financial need requirements.

Visitor Policy

Everyone at Magnolia Regional Health Center (MRHC) is committed to keeping our patients, visitors, and staff safe at all times. Therefore, visitation is restricted for all patients, with further clarification for specific facilities and units to protect our patients, visitors, and staff.

COVID-19 Resource Center

By limiting the number of visitors and controlling the number of visits in and out of our facility, we are better able to provide a safe environment for all of our patients, visitors, and healthcare team members. Masks are still required while inside the hospital, and must be worn at all times.
