Leapfrog

The Leapfrog Group, an independent nonprofit organization committed to driving quality, safety, and transparency in the U.S. health system, was founded in 2000. The Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade uses 28 measures of publicly available hospital safety data to assign grades to more than 2,600 U.S. acute-care hospitals twice per year.

MRHC works diligently to provide the utmost quality in patient care. By implementing safety measures such as Posey chair alarms, gate belts, rounding for high fall risk patients, in addition to regular rounding, and safety huddles, MRHC has seen a continued decreased in overall patient falls by 28%, since 2018.
